Ordering -
Payments -
• To place an order, you can email us your order details at angeles@candelasbyangeles.com or complete the Order Form (see button below).
• Once we receive your order, we will provide an invoice with shipping costs to be added to your order total. Your order will be confirmed once payment is received.
• Please provide your EIN and a valid Reseller Certificate with your order confirmation.
• We use PayPal to provide a safe and straightforward payment experience.
• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Our wholesale minimum order is 18 candles.
While we recommend selecting candles from each available collection to explore how they perform with your customers, we are happy to accommodate any combination of collections and fragrances that best suits your store.
One complimentary merchandising sample is included for every six candles of the same collection and fragrance ordered with your first purchase.
Designed for in-store display, each sample lets customers experience the fragrance while showcasing the exact handcrafted vessel, helping preserve the integrity of your sealed retail packaging.
Should additional samples be needed in the future, they will be available upon request for a nominal fee.

For our local area, we will deliver the first order within 15 miles of San Bruno, CA.
Because our candles are crafted to order, you can expect shipment in 5-7 business days.
