Thank you for choosing CANDELAS BY ANGELES. Each candle is crafted with care and love, and we hope you enjoy your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Melted Items.

If your vessel arrives broken or your candle is melted due to transit or extreme heat, please follow these steps:

• Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Email the photos along with your order details to angeles@candelasbyangeles.com.

We will review the situation and work with you to find a solution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll figure it out together.
